Divisions

Review Division

The Review Division is responsible for hearing appeals against promotion and transfer decisions made within Victoria Police and conducting reviews of certain decisions by the Chief Commissioner of Police (or delegate) in accordance with the Victoria Police Act 2013. The Review Division also performs a number of independent review functions which are not mandated by legislation.

Registration Division

The Registration Division is responsible for performing the PRSB’s registration functions, including the maintenance of the Police Profession Register.

Professional Standards Division

The Professional Standards Division is responsible for performing the PRSB’s professional standards functions, including advising the Chief Commissioner of Police about a range of education and professional development matters for police officers, protective services officers and police reservists.
